So, here we are, half way through the first month of the New Year. How is your weight loss resolution going? Have you given up yet? Have you lost your diet motivation, or are you really motivated to lose weight? If you have given up on your weight loss resolution already, don’t feel too bad. I was listening to the radio yesterday, and apparently only 12% of people actually manage to stick at trying to achieve their new year resolutions!
